Returns Policy

DOMESTIC (Australia wide)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept return of the merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of the order (excludes sale items). Returned merchandise should be unworn and in its original condition including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns. Please note that there are NO REFUNDS on purchases.

Please include a copy of your packing list as proof of purchase and make a note of the reason for your return. Please allow 10 working days from the receipt of your return. You will be advised by email when a replacement item or credit voucher will be posted.

FAULTY GARMENTS

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please accept our apologies.
We ask that you kindly post it back to us with the reason for your return clearly noted so that we can assess the problem. If an item is faulty, we will send you a replacement if the relevant style is in stock and if not we will arrange a refund including all delivery charges. As we will refund the cost of sending the item back to us please include a copy of your postal receipt.

NOTE: Items must be washed as per the instructions provided on the care label. Products washed incorrectly will not be considered faulty.
